Science of Happiness

Achieving happiness is the great struggle of our lives since our existence on the blue planet.Yet we quite often treat it as a by-product of the other things we do such as work, marriage, family, shopping and so on & so forth! It is not: it's the essence of what we strive to be....

We experience things, we break them down into their simplest form or try to understand at our own level of mental faculty. We form opinions, w build up those opinions into a view of ourselves and our place in the world. We all learn from our experiences, but rearly by reflecting on those experiences.

I believe to accept two things....the first is that money and success are not the same thing. And second is that it's possible to be wrong, and when you are wrong, it's your responsibility to change the way you think, the way you act, so as to maximize the happiness of yourself and the people around you.

Happiness, being the most valuable attribute of our lives, isn't presented as easy, or as a right........

"thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil", expressed his desire to make his own mind up. Is there something you do, just because the people around you do it, that makes you unhappy? Now's the time to cut it out.

It’s a new start,
Not only for my love,
But also for my life,
For what would I be,
Without my wife,
To start the day,
With a loving note,
To hear her voice,
And a smile to dote,
Her words fall on my ears,
